Arya is a senior associate of FG Corporate M&A practice. Arya has been involved in multiple M&A transaction covering various industries, including in mining, pharmaceuticals, ecommerce, fintech, plantation, and hospitality sector, as well handling general corporate matters.

Arya obtained his Sarjana Hukum (Bachelor of Laws) degree in May 2017, majoring in Law, graduating cum laude. He has passed the Indonesian bar exam held by the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI) and is now a candidate for advocate sworn-in.
