Profile

Rachel is an associate who joined FG in 2022 after graduating cum laude from Universitas Indonesia. As a student, she was an active member of the Asian Law Students’ Association (ALSA). Prior to joining FG in August 2022, Rachel completed an internship at a premier law firm in Jakarta.

During her time with FG, Rachel has been involved in a wide range of M&A transactions and corporate matters, supporting international and domestic clients across sectors such as technology, energy, pharmaceuticals, media, F&B, and education, along with advising on foreign investments and general corporate issues.

IDR630 billion PT Centratama Menara Indonesia acquisition of tower assets from Indonesian telecommunication company.
PT Saratoga Investama Sedaya Tbk. on its purchase of secondary shares and subscription to primary shares in PT Foodex Inti Ingredients, a prominent food and beverage manufacturer in Indonesia, with an approx. transaction value of USD 16 million.
PT Cella Management Logistic, a joint venture between NWP Property and CRE Asia, on its acquisition of 11 hectares of land in Cileungsi, West Java, with an approx. transaction value of USD 14 million.
