Profile
Syagung advises on domestic and cross-border M&A, private equity and venture capital investments, joint ventures, and divestments for both Indonesian and international corporate clients, including multinational companies and private equity houses. His practice spans sectors such as energy, natural resources, financial services, TMT, healthcare, and logistics.
In addition to his corporate practice, Syagung plays a key role in the firm’s finance practice, advising clients on debt transactions, financial regulations, insurance, and fintech.
Syagung graduated cum laude from the Faculty of Law, Universitas Gadjah Mada, and is currently a candidate for advocate admission.
