Profile

Trisnintya (Anin) joined FG in 2018. She focuses on Corporate and Real Estate practices. She has represented investors or target companies on shares and assets acquisition, fundraising, joint venture and corporate restructuring projects. She has been representing clients from various sectors including renewable energy, warehousing, manufacturing, food and beverages, plantation and education.

Anin graduated cum laude from Universitas Padjajaran in Bandung. Prior to joining FG, she started her career as a junior associate in a local prominent firm. Based on her experiences, she is well-versed in exercising legal due diligence, preparing corporate or transaction structures including drafting and reviewing transaction documents.

Besides her expertise in Corporate and Real Estate practices, Anin also assists clients on several financing projects and has been involved in a facility arrangement for one of the largest property-agent in South-East Asia.

Shell Eastern Petroleum on the 100% acquisition of PT EcoOils Jaya Indonesia, an Indonesian-based producer of spent bleaching earth oil, with the based transaction value of USD370million;

ZTE Agribusiness on the 100% acquisition of Agrina Group’s subsidiaries which hold key assets of approx. 23,000 Ha palm plantation in Sambas, West Kalimantan, with USD98million transaction value;

Ayala Land Inc. on the acquisition of a leading Indonesian-based property business, with approx. USD86million transaction value;

PT Aplikasi Karya Anak Bangsa on the joint venture arrangement with Rebel Foods, a leading Indian-based cloud restaurant business, with a total of USD34million investment value;

PT Triputra Investindo Arya on the joint venture arrangement with Phinma Education, a leading Philippine-based higher education group, with a total of USD30million investment value;

BlackRock Climate Finance Partnership on its significant investment in Ditrolic Energy, a commercial and industrial solar PV power producer operating in Southeast Asia;

PT Cella Management Logistic, a joint venture company of NWP Property and CRE Asia, on the acquisition of 11 Ha land in Cileungsi, West Java with approx. USD14million transaction value; and

PT Saratoga Investama Sedaya Tbk. on the controlling interest acquisition of MGM Bosco Logistics, a leading Indonesian-based cold chain logistics, with approx. USD12million transaction value.
